Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety features, benefits, etc.) about all vehicles.
  • Conducting professional and high-quality demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-ups to build and sustain a client database.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle values, financing products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest throughout the dealership.
  • Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a wide selection of vehicles is available and the showroom remains inviting and presentable.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
