As a Product Specialist, you will be entrusted with creating exceptional purchasing experiences for our customers. • Greeting and offering assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain high knowledge standards.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
• Delivering high-quality demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Using dealership systems for comprehensive pre- and post-sale follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
• Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to the dealership’s various offerings.
• Assisting with showroom preparation to ensure an inviting display of vehicles.
