The Product Specialist Consultant serves a vital role in providing exceptional purchasing experiences for our customers. In this position, you will engage with customers, consult on their needs, and utilize dealership systems for effective follow-up, all while delivering the highest level of customer service to foster enduring business relationships. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers as they enter the dealership showroom or Product Specialist lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to uphold high standards of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications regarding vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and more.
• Conducting high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems for pre- and post-sale follow-up, thereby building and maintaining a client database.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle values, equity, financing products, and Fox programs.
• Ensuring adherence to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in showroom preparation to maintain an attractive selection of vehicles and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Previous experience in customer service with a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding Product Specialist performance goals.
