Job Title: Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector – 2nd Shift – $16.00/Hour

Company: Cintas

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector” on the 2nd shift in Lansing, MI, appears to be moderately competitive within the regional labor market. According to various wage data sources, entry-level positions in the manufacturing and garment production sectors typically range from $14 to $20 per hour in Michigan. While this position is close to the lower end of that spectrum, it may attract applicants in a competitive job market, especially considering benefits, work environment, and shift differentials for evening hours. Additionally, local cost of living should be taken into account, which can impact the perceived competitiveness of the wage. Overall, while $16 is not at the top tier, it aligns reasonably well with industry standards for this type of role in that location.
