The work schedule for this position is from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with the potential for overtime, including Saturdays, depending on production needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, particularly related to safety and housekeeping.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with the production team to achieve quotas and objectives.
• Batching materials with a strong emphasis on quality control.
• Transferring bulk raw materials from storage tanks into production tanks.
• Verifying that batch cards accurately match labels/printed materials.
• Setting up scales for production runs.
• Accurately pouring finished products into boxes for storage and shipment.
• Reading batch receipts to procure raw materials for new batches.
• Recording bulk and raw materials usage.
• Safely stacking and wrapping products.
• Operating forklifts safely as needed.
• Working effectively as part of a team, with the flexibility to take on additional duties beyond those listed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and capabilities are essential.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of production or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and experience are highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders as necessary.
