Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all job functions and activities with a steadfast commitment to quality and safety, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
  • Label bags for production in accordance with the Production Schedule.
  • Assemble raw materials as specified in daily batch sheets.
  • Select and weigh raw materials designated for processing lines.
  • Load the prepared pallets into the blender.
  • Package, label, and palletize finished products.
  • Collect retention samples of finished products.
  • Conduct weight check verifications and perform metal detector checks.
  • Accurately document required food quality and production information.
  • Uphold housekeeping, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while strictly adhering to established food safety protocols.
  • Identify and report any food safety and quality issues to the supervisor or manager promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions on GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other relevant facility and production policies and procedures.
  • Operate forklifts as necessary.
  • Foster and maintain a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture, demonstrating self-motivation, reliability, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive participation in assigned tasks.
  • Engage in routine lifting of 50 lb. bags.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
