Job Title: Program Manager, Real Estate Center, Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Hybrid

Company: University of Cincinnati

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 for a “Program Manager” position at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, particularly in the real estate sector and with a hybrid work model in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be below the market rate for similar roles in the region. Typically, program manager salaries, depending on experience and the specific requirements of the position, can range from $60,000 to over $100,000 annually, especially in a university setting within a metropolitan area like Cincinnati. This disparity suggests that the compensation may not attract the most qualified candidates, especially given the higher living costs and competitive job market for skilled professionals in real estate and program management.

Job description:

Current University of Cincinnati (UC) employees are required to apply internally via SuccessFactors.

Founded in 1819, the University of Cincinnati is recognized as one of the premier urban public research institutions in the United States. With a diverse student body of 53,235, over 11,000 faculty and staff members, and more than 350,000 living alumni, UC merges its status as a Top 35 public research university with a campus environment that The New York Times has deemed “the most ambitious campus design program in the country.”

The launch of Next Lives Here, the Cincinnati Innovation District—which includes a $100 million investment from JobsOhio—coupled with three consecutive years of record enrollment, global leadership in cooperative education, a vibrant academic health center, and entry into the Big 12 Conference, underscores UC’s strong momentum. The university operates with an annual budget of $1.85 billion and maintains an endowment nearing $1.8 billion.

Job Overview

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) for residents of Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky after a 90-day training period. Candidates must reside within the tri-state area to ensure the ability to report to campus as needed. Please note that remote work arrangements are subject to change based on university policies.
