The Project Engineer (Infrastructure/Detroit) will be responsible for executing innovative technology projects, improving system capabilities, and fostering a collaborative culture that meets the specific challenges of the region. Compensation begins at $30.00 per hour and may reach up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Job Qualifications:

– Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
– Hands-on experience with deployment and troubleshooting of various technologies, including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, and networks.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure consulting environment.
– Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is essential.
– Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting supporting multiple clients.
– Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate, is required.
– A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits are necessary.
