Job description:
We are seeking a driven individual to ensure the success of projects within Britten’s Event and Project divisions. The Events Project Manager will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills essential for meeting deadlines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders from concept through installation. This role will require managing projects from inception to completion, including coordinating site visits and overseeing installations. The position may necessitate travel up to 60% of the time, as many projects are located in major cities across the United States. A solid understanding of manufacturing, construction, and field operations will be crucial for the success of this project manager.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned projects throughout all planning and production stages.
- Update software systems with precise project, material, and delivery information.
- Conduct site and customer visits as necessary to gather accurate field measurements and communicate site requirements.
- Exhibit resourcefulness, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in the field.
- Take ownership of an updated schedule that coordinates the project management, delivery, and installation teams.
- Monitor project budgets and manage change orders as required.
- Coordinate materials and subcontracted vendors or laborers according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
- Establish quality standards and checks relevant to your projects.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute quarterly objectives.
- Continuously explore opportunities to enhance project profitability.
- Operate with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guaranteeing a positive experience and delivering quality products.

Requirements:
