Job description:

Responsible for administering the Physical Security and Security Crisis Management (SCM) program to safeguard organizational assets and employees. This role demands a thorough understanding of key business drivers and requires leveraging this knowledge to effectively meet job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive executive protection plans for prominent individuals within the organization.
  • Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and evaluate potential threats.
  • Provide driving, logistics, and protection services for senior executives, Board members, and other individuals as directed by senior management.
  • Guarantee the safety of senior leaders and employees during public events, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Oversee security operations for corporate events, including conferences and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with event planners, the security logistics team, and various stakeholders to ensure robust security measures are implemented and effectively communicated.
  • Manage on-site security personnel and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure adherence to corporate policies and industry regulations.
  • Implement and oversee security technologies and systems to enhance the overall security posture.
  • Educate and train employees on best security practices and emergency response protocols.
  • Oversee components of a Protective Services program as designated by leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Site Security Leaders, HR, Legal, and Facilities, to address security-related matters and initiatives.
  • Prepare After-Action Reports following special events and security logistics operations.
  • Manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely execution.

  • LEOSA certified or capable of obtaining a concealed carry permit, with prior experience handling firearms.
  • Successful completion of a Fitness for Duty Examination.
  • Prior experience in executive protection, ideally with high-profile clientele.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with an expected travel commitment of 50%-75%.
  • Proven experience in managing security for large-scale events.
  • Capacity for immediate deployment to assist with security during crises or incidents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all professional matters.
  • Proficiency in security technologies and surveillance systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP).
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, and trauma care or the ability to attain this certification.
  • Candidates must be willing to carry a firearm.
  • Preference will be given to individuals eligible under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA).
