Job Title: PT AM Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “PT AM Caregiver/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the wage scale for similar positions in the region. According to available data, the average hourly rate for caregivers and medical technicians can range from approximately $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While this $15 rate could be competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not attract more experienced professionals or reflect the rising demand for caregiving roles, especially given the increasing emphasis on quality care in healthcare settings. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for some candidates, a higher wage could be necessary to remain competitive and retain talent in the long term.
