Job Description
Job Title: PT Caregiver/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for the “PT Caregiver/Med Tech” position in Sterling Heights, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum. Industry standards for similar roles often range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, particularly in the Detroit metropolitan area, wages for caregivers typically reflect the higher demand for both personal care and medication management. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for attracting qualified candidates, especially considering the rising cost of living and wage expectations in the region.
