Job Title: PT Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Mount Clemens, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/Med Tech” role in Mount Clemens, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this position. According to data from various labor market sources, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, with Med Tech positions often commanding higher pay due to additional responsibilities and required certifications. Factors such as experience, specific employer, and job demands can influence this range, but the offered rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates, particularly in a tight labor market where higher rates are increasingly common for similar positions. Therefore, this rate may not align with industry standards and could impact workforce recruitment and retention.
