Job Title: PT Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for the role of “PT Caregiver/MedTech” in Canton, MI appears to be on the lower end of the competitive spectrum. As of 2023, industry standards for caregiving and medication technician roles typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, especially in suburban areas like Canton, demand for skilled caregivers can drive wages higher, particularly in assisted living or home healthcare settings. Therefore, while $15 is an entry-level wage, to attract and retain qualified candidates, employers may need to consider increasing the pay to be more competitive within the local market.
