Kingsley Senior Living Facility in Canton, MI is currently seeking dedicated Care Staff to join our team. Our facility is designed with the safety and well-being of seniors in mind, providing both assisted living and memory care services. In the roles of Care Staff and Medication Technician, you will assist residents with their daily care needs and support medication administration, all while fostering their sense of independence and security. Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
  • Administer medications, ensuring proper compliance with medical charts, and provide hands-on care to each resident.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, which may include light housekeeping tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
