Job Description
Job Title: PT Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Kingsley Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “PT Caregiver/MedTech” role in Canton, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers and medical technicians in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In more urban areas or specialized settings, rates can exceed $20 per hour. Therefore, while $15 may attract some candidates, it might not be competitive enough to retain skilled workers or attract those with experience, especially given the increasing demand for healthcare workers and the rising cost of living in many regions.
