Job Description
Job Title: Public Area Attendant
Company: Great Wolf Lodge
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14.50 for a “Public Area Attendant” in Mason, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum for similar roles in the area. According to various wage data sources, the average hourly rate for public area attendants typically ranges between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, specific employer, and regional cost of living. This suggests that while $14.50 may attract applicants, it may not be competitive enough to retain talent in a tight labor market. Moreover, considering inflation and rising living costs, the compensation may need to be adjusted to align more closely with industry standards and attract a skilled workforce.
