As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will carry out the responsibilities typical of a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA). WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
– Advancing your career through our Apprenticeship Program
– Preparing, administering, and documenting medications across the health campus
– Maintaining accurate resident records pertaining to medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
– Ensuring that all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are properly examined and verified by the attending physician, pharmacy, or pharmacist
– Contributing to a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel appreciated and secure
– Adhering to health campus policies regarding medication disposal

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to connect with you:
– Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
– Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred
– High School Diploma or equivalent
