As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will perform the essential duties expected of a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA). WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, you will:
– Develop a rewarding career path through our Apprenticeship Program
– Prepare, administer, and document all medications utilized throughout the health campus
– Maintain accurate resident records related to medication distribution, activities, incidents, and observations
– Ensure that all medications brought in by new residents are verified by the attending physician, pharmacy, or pharmacist
– Foster a caring and compassionate environment where residents feel valued and secure
– Adhere to health campus policies and procedures regarding medication disposal
If you possess the following qualifications, we would be eager to speak with you:
– Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
– Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred
– High School Diploma or equivalent
