Job Title: QMA – Qualified Medication Aide

Company: Valley View Healthcare Center

Location: Fremont, OH

Pay: $16.37 – 20.47 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.37 to $20.47 for a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Fremont, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, which typically ranges between $12 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the specific employer. While factors such as local cost of living and demand for QMA roles can influence compensation, the offered rate may be considered competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living. However, in regions with a high demand for healthcare workers or where the cost of living is higher, this range may not attract experienced candidates or align with industry standards. Overall, while it may be sustainable in Fremont, it could potentially limit the appeal to qualified applicants.
