AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.37 to $20.47 for a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Tiffin, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive when compared to industry standards. Typically, pay for QMAs in Ohio ranges from about $15 to $22 per hour depending on experience, location, and type of employer (e.g., nursing home vs. assisted living). • And so much more!

Build meaningful relationships.
As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will perform essential duties typical of a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) but in a setting that prioritizes compassion and collaboration. The connections you forge here make a significant impact, allowing for rewarding interactions with colleagues across nursing, food service, and housekeeping. Unlike the fast-paced environments of hospitals or restaurants, our focus is on creating consistent, positive experiences for both staff and residents.

What We Seek:
In this role, you will:

  • Explore a fulfilling career path through our Apprenticeship Program.
  • Prepare, administer, and document all medications used throughout the health campus.
  • Maintain accurate resident records related to medication distribution, activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Ensure that all medications brought in by new residents are reviewed and approved by the attending physician, facility pharmacy, or pharmacist.
  • Foster a caring, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and safe.
  • Follow all health campus policies and procedures pertaining to medication disposal.

Qualifications:
We would love to connect with you if you possess the following:

  • Current certification as a QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
  • Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care settings is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
