Job Title: Quality Control Chemist

Company: Actalent

Pay: $24 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $24 to $25 for a Quality Control Chemist in Cincinnati, OH, generally falls below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience, education, and industry specifics. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or those in smaller companies, it may not align with the expectations for more experienced professionals or those working in larger organizations or industries that typically pay higher wages, such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology. Overall, this compensation may attract candidates but could limit the pool of qualified applicants seeking industry-standard pay.
