Job Description
Job Title: Receptionist-Senior Living
Company: Erickson Senior Living
Location: Novi, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Receptionist-Senior Living” position in Novi, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for such roles, particularly considering the cost of living in the area and the typical responsibilities involved, which often include administrative tasks, customer service, and interaction with residents. According to industry standards, hourly rates for receptionist positions in senior living facilities generally range from $15 to $20, depending on experience and specific job requirements; thus, while $15 might attract entry-level candidates, it may not be competitive for more experienced applicants. To remain appealing and retain quality staff, the employer may need to consider increasing the compensation package or supplementing it with additional benefits.
