Job Title: Receptionist
Company: U.S. Physical Therapy
Location: South Lyon, MI
Pay: $11 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 – $18 for a Receptionist position in South Lyon, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national and regional standards. According to recent data, the average pay for receptionists in Michigan typically ranges from $13 to $20 per hour, with entry-level positions starting around $12. While the offered range provides some flexibility, it may not be competitive for attracting qualified candidates in a market where applicants might expect higher wages, especially when considering the rising cost of living and the value of customer service skills. Therefore, employers may need to consider offering additional benefits or incentives to make this rate more attractive.
