Job Title: Receptionist

Company: U.S. Physical Therapy

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $11 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 – $18 for a receptionist role in Novi, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum, particularly in the context of the broader Michigan job market and recent trends. As of 2023, the average hourly pay for receptionists in the United States typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with higher wages often found in urban areas or for specialized positions. In Novi, which is part of the greater Detroit metropolitan area, the cost of living slightly influences wage expectations; thus, the offered rate may be less competitive compared to similar roles in nearby cities or for candidates with more experience. Overall, while some entry-level candidates might find the pay acceptable, it may deter seasoned professionals seeking fair compensation for their skills and experience.
