We are in search of an entry-level Recruiter within the staffing industry. At A-Line Staffing, our Recruiters are responsible for locating, screening, and nurturing both new and existing relationships with healthcare providers. Our Recruiters are valued for their expertise and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, where they effectively match providers to client needs.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18 per hour, plus commission.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with company match is offered to full-time employees after one year of service, aligned with our eligibility dates.

Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment, with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
• Required availability for this role is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and cold calling.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand client staffing needs and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive journey.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to monitor candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
