Job Title: Recuperative Care Operation Specialist

Company: Shelter Association of Washtenaw County

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay: $18.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18.50 for a Recuperative Care Operation Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the healthcare sector, especially considering the rising cost of living and competitive nature of this industry in urban areas. According to various salary data sources, the median hourly wage for similar positions typically ranges from $20 to $25, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, the role often requires skills related to patient care coordination, which may demand a higher compensation. Therefore, while $18.50 is a starting point, it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates in a market that values healthcare professionals.
