Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment involved in the regeneration process, ensuring efficient and safe plant operations.
• Leverage technical knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues pertaining to plant equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Monitor and uphold product and service quality standards within the regeneration plant, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement in plant operations by suggesting enhancements that increase efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to and enforce stringent safety protocols to foster a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate closely with plant staff, including engineers and management, to facilitate smooth operations and promptly address any technical concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant operations, regeneration processes, or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams throughout the plant.
• Proficient in monitoring and ensuring operational quality while adhering to regulatory and company standards.
• Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and maintaining prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a plant or industrial environment, with hands-on experience in regeneration, mechanical systems, or process operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour
