IMMEDIATE HIRE – REGIONAL PERKS & EVENTS COORDINATOR – $60,000/YEAR

Monarch is currently seeking a Regional Perks and Events Coordinator to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the creation, planning, coordination, and management of Monarch Investment Perks and Employee Appreciation Activities, integral components of our Team Relations retention programs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and oversee local employee recognition programs, including the Annual Fish Fry and various local company events.
  • Manage and track the Employee Anniversary Program.
  • Manage Monarch Perks which encompass the company marketplace, ski passes, and discount programs.
  • Propose event ideas for properties within the portfolio and encourage diverse activities and annual holiday parties.
  • Plan and coordinate MIMG meetings and events.
  • Organize local volunteer opportunities, blood drives, and CPR training sessions.
  • Perform special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in employee engagement and development.
  • Proven event planning expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • An eagerness for career growth and professional development.
