Job Description
Job Title: Regional Trainer
Company: SAFY
Location: Gahanna, OH
Pay: $19 – 25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $25 for a Regional Trainer role in Gahanna, OH, is relatively competitive, though it may vary depending on factors such as industry, level of experience, and specific responsibilities associated with the position. According to industry standards, trainers in similar roles typically earn between $20 and $30 per hour in many regions, suggesting that this rate is on the lower end of the spectrum. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and demand for training professionals can influence competitiveness; if Gahanna has a lower cost of living compared to major urban areas, the offered rate may be more appealing. Overall, while it may be justifiable for entry-level or less demanding positions, experienced trainers might seek compensation at the higher end of the industry standard.
