We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Perrysburg Hospital in Perrysburg, OH. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $65,000, which is negotiable based on experience, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Registered Dietitians. Additional benefits include coverage for CDR and state licensure fees, as well as support for continued education and advanced certifications.

As a Registered Dietitian (RD), you will guide patients, their families, and facility staff in all aspects of medical nutrition therapy, creating a healthy and healing environment. You will also cultivate strong relationships with physicians and nursing teams to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure that the nutritional needs of each patient are met with the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and implement evidence-based interventions for both inpatient and outpatient care.
– Educate patients, families, nursing staff, food service personnel, and other facility staff on nutritional needs and best practices.
– Document patient assessments, nutritional goals, and interventions accurately in the medical record.
– Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff regarding patients’ nutritional statuses.
– Manage physician orders related to therapeutic diets and nutritional supplements.
