AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Registered Nurse – Neonatal ICU – 36hrs – Nights” position in Detroit, MI, it’s essential to consider the average salary trends for neonatal ICU nurses in the region. As of my last update, the hourly wage for neonatal ICU nurses typically ranges from $30 to $50, depending on experience, education, and specific employer. In an urban area like Detroit, industry standards might skew slightly higher due to the cost of living and demand for specialized nursing roles. If the offered rate falls within or exceeds this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it’s below this threshold, it may not align with industry standards. Further details about the actual hourly rate would be needed for a precise evaluation.
