AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for the “Registered Nurse- Neuro ICU” position in Detroit, MI, it is essential to compare it against industry standards and local market trends. As of my last update in October 2023, registered nurses working in specialized units like Neuro ICU typically earn higher wages due to the complexity and intensity of the work involved. In Detroit, the average hourly wage for a registered nurse ranges from approximately $30 to $45, depending on experience and specific skills. For a nurse with 1.5 years of experience in a Neuro ICU, an hourly rate toward the higher end of this range is expected, especially given the demands of critical care. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be deemed competitive; otherwise, if it is significantly lower, it may not align with industry standards for this specialized role in the region.
