AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Whitehall, MI, it is crucial to compare it with prevailing rates in the state of Michigan and nationally. As of 2023, the average hourly rate for RNs in Michigan typically ranges from $28 to $40, depending on experience, specialization, and location. In Whitehall, a coastal town in West Michigan, rates might skew slightly lower due to the cost of living and local demand. If the offered hourly rate falls within this range or aligns closely with regional competitors, it can be considered competitive. However, if it is significantly below this range, it may not attract qualified candidates. Overall, a competitive analysis would include not just the rate but also factors such as benefits, working conditions, and other incentives.
