WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, you will:
– Create a warm and inviting environment that ensures residents feel comfortable from admission to discharge.
– Advocate for your residents at every stage of their care, consistently going above and beyond in your duties.
– Develop tailored care plans for each resident, leveraging your skills and observations.
– Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, executing life-saving measures with confidence, whether or not a physician is present.
– Manage medication administration for residents, maintaining accurate and detailed records of care provided.
Qualifications we are seeking include:
– A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
– A valid RN state license and CPR certification.
– Experience in nursing and familiarity with the practice of medicine by RNs.
– Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
