What We’re Looking For:
In your role, you will:
– Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents from admission through to discharge.
– Advocate for residents at every stage of their care, ensuring we consistently exceed their expectations.
– Develop tailored care plans for residents informed by your expert observation and insights.
– Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, employing your training to initiate life-saving measures as needed.
– Manage and document medications with precision, maintaining detailed records of the care you provide.
Should you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
– A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution
– A valid RN state license and current CPR certification
– Comprehensive nursing experience and knowledge of standard practices in the field
– Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
