WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel at ease from admission through discharge.
  • Advocating for your residents at every stage of care, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Developing personalized care plans tailored to each resident, based on your observations and expertise.
  • Responding swiftly and calmly in emergency situations, implementing life-saving measures with confidence, regardless of whether a physician is present.
  • Managing medication for residents and maintaining meticulous records of the care you provide.

If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to speak with you:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • A valid RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Comprehensive nursing experience and familiarity with the practice of medicine as an RN.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
