Are you ready to embark on a mission that truly makes a difference? Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking an exceptional Customer Advocate to join our dedicated Customer Service Division. At DVS, you will be an integral member of a diverse and inclusive team, committed to creating positive change in the lives of others.

The Mission
As a Customer Advocate, you will serve as a vital healthcare resource for 50-70 individuals daily. You will adeptly manage inquiries related to primary care providers, medications, appointments, and benefits, utilizing your expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills. Most importantly, your efforts will have a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

The Details

  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, allowing you to enjoy your weekends.
  • Flexibility is key, as you will be expected to work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST.
  • Prepare for an intensive 5-week orientation with robust training and support throughout your onboarding experience.

Your Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma is required; candidates with a bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in insurance operations is essential.
  • Proficiency with various web-based systems is necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with healthcare and insurance, particularly medical terminology and benefit plans, is highly desirable.
