Job Description
Job Title: REMOTE SALES UNCAPPED COMMISSION (On Experience Needed)
Company: The Baldini Agency
Location: Elyria, OH
Pay: $40000 – 60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 for a “Remote Sales Uncapped Commission” role in Elyria, OH appears to be on the lower end of the scale for sales positions that typically offer uncapped commission structures. While the base salary might be competitive for entry-level roles or positions in less lucrative sectors, experienced sales professionals, especially those in high-demand industries, often earn significantly more, particularly when factoring in commission potential. In general, sales roles in larger markets or in industries such as technology or pharmaceuticals can command higher base salaries, often starting around $50,000 and exceeding $100,000 with commission. Thus, this compensation may not align with industry standards for more experienced sales professionals in competitive industries, but could be attractive for entry-level candidates or those seeking a flexible remote opportunity.
