Signature Retail Services is seeking a traveling Overnight Reset Merchandising Team Lead. This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, contingent upon experience.

Position Responsibilities:
– Oversee reset projects at various retail locations, ensuring adherence to company merchandising plans.
– Lead and manage a team of 5-15 merchandisers, offering guidance, support, and training to ensure timely project completion.
– Ensure the precise implementation of planograms, resets, and fixture installations, aligned with store layout and standards.
– Supervise project tasks, including the installation of shelving, racking, and displays, to ensure proper assembly and placement.
– Maintain organized product stock throughout the reset process, ensuring accurate inventory placement.
– Collaborate closely with store management and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
– Travel to project locations within your state, neighboring states, and/or the region, based on project requirements and deadlines.
– Conduct final inspections of merchandising resets to verify compliance with company and store standards.
– Provide daily updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and team performance.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Availability for travel within your state and surrounding states to retailer locations for store remodels, fixture installations, resets, and merchandising tasks, with weekends off.
– Access to a personal vehicle and a smartphone with internet capability, voice, and text functionalities for reporting purposes.
– Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance coverage.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within Reset Merchandising or Construction Labor, managing up to 15 employees.
– Previous merchandising and reset experience with Home Depot, Lowe’s, ACE Hardware, Walmart, Target, or other large retailers is preferred.
– Proficiency in setting products to planogram, interpreting blueprints, signage installation, building displays, placing price labels, and completing daily progress reports.
– A personable and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients, customers, and team members.
– Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
– Frequently required to lift over 60 lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
