AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $52,000 for the role of “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Wayne, MI, translates to approximately $25 per hour, assuming a typical full-time schedule. This pay rate appears to be on the lower end when compared to industry standards for similar positions, which can vary widely based on experience, specific industry, and regional cost of living. In sectors related to retail management or remodeling, similar roles often command salaries ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annual, depending on the complexity of responsibilities and the candidate’s expertise.
