Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead $52k year

Company: Spar Group

Location: West Bloomfield, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $52,000 for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” position in West Bloomfield, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25 per hour (based on a 40-hour work week). This wage appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the retail and construction sectors, where experienced project leads often earn between $30 and $45 per hour, depending on the specific duties, the complexity of projects, and environment. Additionally, factors such as cost of living in West Bloomfield and the typical wage rates for remodeling and resets jobs should be considered; however, based on general market trends, this salary might not be competitive, especially for a senior lead position which typically requires experience and carries additional responsibilities.
