Join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a recognized leader in retail construction. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to supervise a dedicated 3-person team, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently upheld during our overnight shifts, from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains to oversee the installation of heavy steel and pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and various remodeling projects. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and maintain exceptional workmanship standards, ensuring each project exceeds expectations. Please note that this Senior Lead position serves as a prerequisite for advancement to the District Operations Manager role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-5 on-site remodelers
- Execute overnight remodels in big box retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products to new pallet racking
- Assemble retail shelving fixtures
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Experience in retail operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and big box home improvement reporting programs
- Comfort with heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Previous construction experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
