Join our esteemed overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in the retail construction sector! We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to oversee a dedicated team of three, ensuring that all quality and safety standards are maintained during our operations from Monday to Friday, from 9 PM to 6 AM. In this role, you will act as the onsite senior supervisor, traveling to various home improvement retail chains to install heavy steel racking, pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and execute remodeling projects. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional standards of workmanship, consistently exceeding expectations with each remodel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to 5 members on-site
- Conduct overnight remodels of big box retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products to new pallet racking systems
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in significant physical activity, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Proficiency in reading and following blueprints
- Experience in retail operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and big box home improvement reporting programs
- Comfort with working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (personal hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools required)
- Previous construction experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
