Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead $52k year
Company: Spar Group
Location: Taylor, MI
Pay: $52000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $52,000 for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” role in Taylor, MI translates to an approximate hourly rate of $25, which is relatively low considering the responsibilities typically associated with senior lead positions in retail or remodeling. Industry standards for similar roles often range from $30 to $50 per hour, particularly in areas with higher living costs or competitive labor markets. Given that Taylor is part of the Detroit metropolitan area, where the cost of living has been rising, this salary may not be competitive, particularly for a senior role that likely requires significant experience and leadership capabilities. Overall, the compensation appears to be below the market norm for such positions in the region.
