Job description:
Join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a recognized leader in retail construction. We are seeking a full-time Senior Lead to oversee a dedicated team of three or more individuals, ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently met during overnight shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM. As the senior on-site supervisor, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains to manage small merchandising projects, including the installation of shelving, fixtures, and remodels. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, excel in fast-paced environments, and maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that each remodel exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to 10 personnel on-site
- Execute overnight remodels in big box retail stores
- Perform merchandising resets
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking
- Relocate products to new pallet racking
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 8 PM to 6 AM
- Proficient in reading and following blueprints
- Experience in retail operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of big box home improvement reporting programs
- Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, order pickers, and reach trucks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (must provide own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Background in construction
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred
- Personal cell phone and valid email address
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Appropriate footwear is required while on the job site
