Join our esteemed overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in retail construction. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to supervise a dedicated team of three or more. This role requires adherence to high-quality and safety standards during overnight shifts, from Sunday to Thursday, between the hours of 8 PM and 6 AM. As the senior onsite supervisor, you will travel to various home improvement retail stores to oversee merchandising projects, including the installation of shelving, fixtures, and comprehensive remodels. ### Responsibilities:
– Lead an on-site team of 3 to 10 members
– Execute overnight remodels for big box retail stores
– Conduct merchandising resets
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking
– Move products to newly designated pallet racking
– Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
– Engage in significant physical activity, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.

### Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 8 PM to 6 AM
– Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
– Experience in retail operations
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of big box home improvement reporting programs
– Competent in operating equipment such as Scissor Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach Trucks
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Comfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet and climbing ladders
– Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
– Experience using basic hand and power tools (applicants must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Previous construction experience
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred
