Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead

Company: Spar Group

Location: Clarksville, MI

Pay: $43888 – 52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $43,888 to $52,000 for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” position in Clarksville, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $21.09 to $25.00. When considering industry standards, this rate appears to be on the lower end for similar roles, especially in sectors like retail and merchandising management, where salaries often exceed $50,000 annually depending on experience, company size, and regional cost of living. Given that this position likely involves leadership responsibilities and skills related to project management and team coordination, the offered rate may not be fully competitive, particularly in more populous regions or larger companies that typically offer higher compensation for similar roles.
