Job Description
Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead
Company: Spar Group
Location: Vermontville, MI
Pay: $43888 – 52000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $43,888 to $52,000 for a “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Vermontville, MI translates to an hourly rate of approximately $21.09 to $25.00. This compensation appears to be on the lower end when compared to industry standards for similar positions, which often range from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and company size. Additionally, the cost of living in Michigan may not entirely offset this salary range, potentially making it less competitive compared to roles with similar responsibilities in neighboring areas or industries. Overall, while the pay might be acceptable for entry-level roles or lower-cost living areas, it may not attract experienced candidates who could command higher wages.
