Job Description
Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead
Company: Spar Group
Location: Elsie, MI
Pay: $43888 – 52000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $43,888 to $52,000 for a “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Elsie, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $21.11 to $25 per hour. This compensation appears to be competitive for the position, particularly in a rural area like Elsie, where cost-of-living adjustments are typically lower than in urban markets. However, salaries for similar roles may vary widely based on the company, level of experience required, and specific responsibilities. Given that the average wage for comparable positions in the retail and construction sectors often ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, this rate falls within a reasonable bracket, though it may be on the lower side for more experienced individuals in larger markets. Overall, it seems to align well with industry standards for the role and area, but may limit attracting highly experienced candidates.
